Privacy & Security First

Privacy Policy & Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 2026 · Version 1.4

1. Our Founding Privacy Pledge

At Little Feet, we build technology for the most sacred audience in the world: babies and the parents who love them. We believe pediatric health data belongs solely to the child’s parents and caregivers.

🛡️ Zero Data Selling: We never sell, monetize, broker, or rent your child's developmental milestones, feeding logs, or growth percentiles to any third-party advertisers or insurance conglomerates.

2. What Information We Collect

To provide accurate WHO percentile charts and immunization timelines, we collect:

  • Caregiver Information: Name, verified email, and optional phone number for secure authentication.
  • Child Profile: Baby's name, date of birth, gender, and birth parameters (weight, length, gestational age).
  • Routine Tracking Logs: Sleep durations, feeding logs (nursing, formula, solid foods), diaper changes, growth measurements, and immunization records entered by you.

3. Clinical-Grade Security

All records are stored using bank-level TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Database access is guarded with strict Row-Level Security (RLS) policies, ensuring only members of your verified Care Team can view or edit your child's data.

4. Care Team Permissions

You control who has access to your baby’s records. As an account owner, you can invite partners, grandparents, or pediatric caregivers with specific permissions:

  • Owner: Full control over records, child profiles, and care team members.
  • Editor: Ability to log routines, feedings, medications, and sleep.
  • Viewer: Read-only access to charts, daily summaries, and growth timelines.

5. Medical Disclaimer & Terms of Service

Little Feet is designed to be a supportive routine and wellness tracker for families. Little Feet does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or clinical triage.

The WHO growth curves, milestone guides, and immunization reminders are for informational tracking purposes only and should never replace professional consultation with a licensed pediatrician. In case of medical emergencies, immediately contact your local emergency services or primary pediatrician.

6. Data Portability & Right to Erasure

You may export your complete log history as a PDF summary or JSON archive at any time. You also hold the unconditional right to permanently delete your account and all associated child profiles from our servers with a single tap in your profile settings.
